First time here. Food was great as well as the service. The only thing I would have liked better would have been the music turned down. It was a bit loud, even out on the patio. Otherwise, it was great.

The food was great, but that was it. We were sat next to an extremely loud and drunk group. We tried to ignore it at first. Then, it was too much. Manager was informed and could not have cared less. After all, they come three times a week and drink all night; basically what he told us. Despite informing the risk he runs in continuing to serve them, he did not care at all..... not even when one of them fell out his chair half conscious. His friends could barely help him either as all of them had drank heavily. We cared more than the manager. If they were all drinking.... who was driving? There were 6 people and the 7th arrived later. So, there had to likely have been 3 drivers... all plastered.

I honestly prefer Plaza Azteca. The Margaritas seem to be watered down at La Terraza. Staff at the one on Richmond Road are great...the waitress at the other one in Williamsburg was so rude that my friend and I walked out and went to the one on Richmond Rd. That was my first time at La Terraza.

Good food, but the staff are not friendly. Wear a coat in the summer, place is freezing.
